Meridian Life Science is a leading ISO 9001:2000 provider of quality immunological reagents serving the industrial and life science markets worldwide. We are seeking an individual to manage our monoclonal production facility in Florida. Person will be responsible for financial planning, production schedules, materials planning and improving efficiencies. Must insure on-time delivery of orders to our customers by interacting with our sales department. Strong leadership qualities to direct and coordinate employees and facility maintenance. Must have a BA/BS in a related science and 5+ years experience in the production of monoclonal antibodies in cell culture and/or ascites. Well-organized, detail-oriented and have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and computer skills. Experience in an ISO/cGMP or other quality system preferred.
