Naples area hotel is currantly looking for a customer service rep for there gourmet shop. Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to all customers. Ability to identify customer needs, offer value added advice and take responsibility for the resolution of customer problems. Must handle requests face to face but may also include phone interaction. Has ability to communicate clearly and accurately; use a telephone system to receive and transfer calls; shows patience and courtesy when dealing with people. Nights and weekends are very important. Candidates should be avaliable 7 days a week.
